Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are away, you lead the team, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role includes supervising crew, handling customer questions and complaints, merchandising and pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and executing displays and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, greet and thank customers, and handle all customer relations issues per policy.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise, and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
