Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive exceptional customer service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, pricing, stocking, and executing displays and inventories in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Support store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve issues per company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• M Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following POGs.
