Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure smooth operations. You will drive customer service, supervise crews, and complete opening/closing procedures while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour and 40 hours weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly and promotional plans.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
