Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are away, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth store operations.

You will supervise activities, coordinate with management, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Collaborate effectively with store management and crews.
• Direct and follow up on all assigned activities.
• Communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Stock shelves and price merchandise.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly and promotional merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
