You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures, and maintain store standards across merchandising and operations.

The role emphasizes supervising teams, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining patient confidentiality while promoting CVS’s customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Maintain excellent customer service and promote CVS service culture.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays; reset departments as needed.
