Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing merchandising, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining stock and displays. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and prior retail supervision

• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is away; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Support store management and crews; communicate effectively across teams.
• Provide customer service, resolve questions and issues while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, reset departments as needed, and maintain displays.
