Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth operations. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, oversee opening and closing procedures, and help drive loyalty and store performance.

The role requires flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with a base pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is included for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or supervisor is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, sign-and-inventory tasks; reset departments after planograms (POGs).
• Collaborate with store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
