Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning and analytical abilities are essential.
• Good computer skills and strong communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; manage displays and price tagging.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to drive store performance.
