Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. The role leads staff when managers are absent and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Key duties include supervising tasks, merchandising, and promoting CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate store staff, ensuring execution of tasks.
• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture, greet and help customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves and organize displays.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planogram guides (POGs).
