Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting a Shift Supervisor in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This part-time role supports the Store Management team to drive store execution and customer service, stepping in when a manager isn’t onsite to lead staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, handle customer inquiries, maintain displays, price merchandise, stock shelves, and contribute to a positive CVS customer experience while upholding policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly/promotional inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure proper signage.
