Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to back up store management, ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead crew, supervise tasks, handle opening/closing, and maintain store presentation, pricing and inventory within CVS/pharmacy expectations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting a friendly shopping experience. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and early shifts, is required.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet customers, address questions and resolve issues per policy.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays; ensure weekly/promotional resets.
