Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are absent, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while protecting patient confidentiality. This role is 20 hours weekly with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills applied to store operations.
• Ability to use computer systems for transactions, reporting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities to support store staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers or supervisors are not on site and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding policy.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help and thank customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain confidentiality.
