Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team. In this role, you’ll lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service and loyalty.

You will work with store management and crews, supervise activities, communicate clearly, and help maintain presentations, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain confidentiality. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, pay range $16.50-$24.00.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Lead the store staff by assigning, directing and following up on activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays according to planograms.
• Reset departments following planograms and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
