Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

This part-time role oversees 29 hours weekly, with shifts including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Competitive pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with management and crews and communicate effectively.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold CVS policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and seasonal merch per planograms.
