Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver exceptional customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming CVS/pharmacy environment.

The role requires flexible hours, including mornings, overnights and weekends. Pay is $16.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
