Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations in Marietta, GA. You will manage staff during shifts, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maintain excellent donor/customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years of experience in retail.
• Associates Degree or related coursework preferred.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store personnel during assigned shift to meet standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, coach and support team members for growth.
• Ensure SOPs and safety policies are followed.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and provide efficient service.
• Resolve complaints and communicate issues to management.
