Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Team Leader at the Mall of Georgia store to supervise staff during shifts and ensure operational standards are met.

The role requires 2–3 years retail experience, a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification, and strong English communication. The position is full-time with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour and opportunities for training and growth. Additional duties include opening/closing, training, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail.
• Associates degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store personnel during assigned shift to meet standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, train and coach team members for growth within the organization.
• Greet and assist donors/customers; ensure efficient service.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
