Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of shift operations as the Person in Charge when a more senior lead is not present.
• Coach and support team members in delivering consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of all food service and beverage programs and maintain high standards of food quality and store cleanliness.
• Perform operations tasks including POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control adherence.
• Lead training of team members and provide regular feedback to ensure execution of standards.
