Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to manage store operations on duty, acting as the Person in Charge in the absence of a senior leader. You will support customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, and vendor relations to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead and develop team members while maintaining compliance with SOPs

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full shift operations as Person in Charge when no senior leader is present.
• Manage POS transactions, vendor check-in, and cash control.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain food/beverage execution and store cleanliness to standard.
• Coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
