Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the store in partnership with the General Manager. You will ensure clear goals, product knowledge, cleanliness, and guest connections during shifts.

You will lead shifts with a focus on team engagement, guest satisfaction, and meeting the store's daily objectives while upholding SOPs and quality standards. This role emphasizes coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on shift.
• Coach team members and provide feedback in real time.
• Train team on role responsibilities, products and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks (bank deposits, inventory, orders).
• Develop team members and discuss growth opportunities.
