Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly promotions.
• Reset departments and maintain off-shelf merchandise according to planograms.
