Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is not onsite.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to execute operations.
• Direct and follow up on tasks; ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer concerns per policy and protect confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
