Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the United States. The role supports the CVS Store Management team to drive store performance with a focus on customer service, supervising staff when managers are not onsite, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, maintaining store operations, merchandising, and upholding customer service standards while protecting confidentiality and safety. Full-time, 40 hours/week with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crew and communicate with store management.
• Ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
• Price merchandise and maintain weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
