Wild Fork is seeking a Store Team Lead in Coral Gables, FL to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance. You will foster collaboration, train sales leaders, and implement strategies to boost productivity while delivering a Personal Chef experience to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or management experience in a retail, grocery, or high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers.
• Available to work a flex schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Work with integrity as part of a team and collaborate with SSL on new ideas.
• Systems capabilities: SAP, Order Management Systems, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience to all customers and ensure team members have the knowledge to deliver best in class service.
• Be a subject matter expert in product categories and programs; cascade knowledge to the team.
• Lead by example to Sales Leaders; demonstrate passion for people and customers.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with Customer Service and QA per SOPs.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and guidelines.
• Oversee training with SSL; onboard and train new joiners; manage schedules for shadowing.
