Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader in Kentucky to manage store operations during shifts, support the management team, and uphold safety and service standards. You will coach staff, ensure product availability, and drive store performance.

Responsibilities include supervising shift operations, handling POS tasks, onboarding new team members, and maintaining excellent customer service. A strong leader with retail or food service experience is preferred.
