Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Kentucky to run store operations on duty as the acting PIC when senior management isn't present.

You will focus on customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, and cost controls while supporting the management team.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations as Person in Charge when senior leadership is not present.
• Oversee POS transactions, vendor check-ins, and cash-control standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety, merchandising, service speed, and store cleanliness.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent customer service.
• Uphold company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
