Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Kentucky to manage store operations on duty. You will lead the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and support management in daily tasks while driving sales and compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift tasks, delivering great service, and maintaining food/beverage execution, safety, and cleanliness; flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards.
• Coach and support team members in delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Oversee shift operations as Person in Charge when a senior leader is absent.
• Perform shift tasks including POS transactions and vendor check-in.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Execute food service programs and maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Complete store side work and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Uphold integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
