Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
Supervise the store crews and direct activities to support store execution.
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure displays, pricing and inventories align with planograms.
Coordinate merchandise presentation, stock shelves, and reset departments per POGs.
