Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Missouri is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, driving store execution and customer service excellence. In manager's absence, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, price and stock merchandise, maintain displays, and handle customer questions while upholding safety and confidentiality. The role pays $16.50–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and coordinate activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
