Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and customer service excellence. This full-time role leads staff in the absence of a manager and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering a positive shopping experience while protecting patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage store activities with store management and crews.
• Lead customer service, greet customers, assist with questions and resolve issues.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and weekly promotions.
