Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and performance while enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff and ensure smooth operations and timely opening/closing procedures.

You will supervise the crew, handle customer questions and complaints, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to merchandising, pricing, and display duties.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical abilities and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price, stock and stock shelves; manage displays and promotions.
• Restore departments after planograms (POGs).
