Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead store execution and customer service at CVS/pharmacy locations. You will support the Store Management team, oversee staff in the absence of a manager, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed to standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager is on site and ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management in driving execution and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planogram guidance (POGs).
