• Completes returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, assists with products and services, resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys, pricing, signage, and basic department displays.
• Handles cashier duties, records scanning issues, price verifications, and voids.
