Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to support store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and delivering a delightful customer experience. You will ensure back door access for deliveries, manage basic pricing, and maintain accurate inventory and displays.

Responsibilities include assisting with vendor orders, processing returns, refunds, and cash drops, while modeling excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper pricing/display signage.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested.
