Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, manage cash, and perform required systems start-ups.
• Assist customers, process returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Maintain store condition, pricing accuracy, inventory, and displays.
• Support vendor deliveries, backroom operations, and cross-team communication.
• Ensure compliance with policies and assist with basic bookkeeping and tasks as assigned.
