Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Minimum 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Experience with cash handling, store operations, and customer interactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, starts systems, and handles cash when management is not present.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains store keys, stock rooms, pricing, and signage according to policy.
• Registers sales, records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Supports order processing, backdoor deliveries, and reverse logistics as needed.
• Assists with displays, resets, and stock rotation; maintains inventory accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws for regulated products; bag checks.
• Attends training and communicates tasks when management is absent.
