Job summary

Walgreens in Florida is seeking a capable team member to support store operations, customer experience, and daily cash handling. The role includes opening and closing the store in the absence of management, processing returns and refunds, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, coach team members, maintain inventory accuracy, manage pricing and signage, and support displays and merchandising.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory counts and pricing accuracy; manages back-office tasks and back-of-house operations.
• Supports displays, promotions, and merchandising; ensures signage and local regulatory compliance.
