Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintains accurate cash handling, pricing, and inventory in the store environment.
• Coaches team members and ensures adherence to policies during shifts.
• Supports store operations, including deliveries, audits, and merchandising updates.
