Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greetses customers and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Registers sales, reviews pricing, and handles voids or price changes.
• Assists with inventory counts, displays, and backroom organization.
• Maintains store cleanliness and signage, and supports merchandising efforts.
• Performs basic bookkeeping like cash reports and ledger records as needed.
• Supports store operations during vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
