Job summary

Walgreens in Florida is looking for a store associate to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You may assist with deliveries and maintain pricing and displays to support accurate pricing of products.

You will engage customers, process returns and refunds, and deliver a distinctive customer experience by greeting customers and offering help proactively, while upholding store policies and compliance

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and start-ups.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and assists with pricing and displays.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
