• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures proper pricing/signage.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and cleanliness; supports displays and stock rotations.
• Complies with store policies and local regulations; supports audits and daily paperwork.
