Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Handles product returns, refunds, and cash drops with accuracy.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Coaches team members on warehouse and vendor ordering processes, including vendor deliveries.
• Registers sales accurately and documents scanning errors and price changes.
• Maintains inventory counts and accurate stockroom records.
• Ensures pricing signage and compliance with local regulations.
