• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and displays, price changes, and signage; supports backroom and stockroom readiness.
• Assists with cashier duties, price verifications, and floor staffing when management is unavailable.
