Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to help open and close the store in the absence of management, perform cash handling, and prepare the floor for the business day. You will assist with deliveries through backdoor access and ensure a smooth start to daily operations.

Customer experience is prioritized; you will greet customers, resolve issues, and model service best practices while maintaining inventory accuracy and proper pricing across departments.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handles cash, and prepares for the business day.
• Processes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Manages store systems and equipment, pricing, and displays as needed.
• Checks and maintains inventory accuracy and aids with backroom operations.
