Job summary

You will engage customers, uphold service standards, assist with inventory, pricing, and basic bookkeeping, and help coach team members while maintaining compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes cash handling, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing, shelf replenishment, and displays.
• Helps with basic bookkeeping activities and store maintenance when needed.
