Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, helps with product questions, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Acts as liaison between management and team; communicates tasks when management is not present.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and basic department displays.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom operations, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
