Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership/retail supervision experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in the absence of management and handle early/late shift start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change for registers.
• Deliver distinctive customer service and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, pricing, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Support bookkeeping activities and basic store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws on regulated products and signage.
• Bag checks for staff and uphold company policies.
