Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution, customer service, and operational excellence. In the absence of a manager, you’ll lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You’ll supervise crews, communicate with management, assist customers, maintain merchandise and displays, handle inquiries, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew, assign and follow up on tasks.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain merchandise, price items, stock shelves, and manage displays per planograms.
• Protect customer confidentiality and maintain records as required.
• Collaborate with store management to execute operations and improve store performance.
