CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff when management is not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, and manage merchandising, pricing and displays to maintain a consistent shopping experience aligned with CVS policies and standards.

Qualificações

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise store crews and coordinate with management.
