Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling, and ensures floor and stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and helps with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Interacts with teams to share customer service best practices and maintains store and display standards.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management, assists with backdoor/vendor deliveries, and maintains accurate cash/register records.
